Abstract
In 1902, Drs. Anderson and Flett had the honour of being commissioned by the Royal Society to visit the volcanoes of the Soufrière of St. Vincent and Montagne Pelée in Martinique, and Part I. of their Report on the eruptions of the volcanoes was published in the Philosophical Transactions for 1903. It was intended that Part II. should include an account of the subsequent changes in the deposits of volcanic ejecta observed on that visit, and also on the petrology of the specimens collected in 1902.
