Abstract
The role played by the spin of matter in homogeneous Gödel-type universes is investigated. It is shown that the region of parametrization ≤4 for solutions of Einstein’s equations with fluid and fields (as obtained by Rebouças and Tiomno) can be extended to >4, in Einstein-Cartan space. Properties of the solutions are examined and a comparison with related works is made.
