Abstract
A leucine auxotroph, leu 500, has been shown to have resulted from an O[degree] mutation affecting the leucine operon in Salmonella typhimurium. In the present paper we present evidence concerning the location and nature of the genetic alterations which act as suppressors of the leucine O[degree] mutation. This publication has 11 references indexed in Scilit:
