Abstract
A 35-kilobase plasmid was conserved among 12 copper-resistant strains of Pseudomonas syringae pv. tomato. Restriction patterns of this plasmid from each strain were identical, and a cloned copper resistance gene from 1 strain hybridized to the same location on the 35-kilobase plasmid of all 12 strains.This publication has 9 references indexed in Scilit:
