Beiträge zur enzymatischen Histochemie. XIV. Mikrobestimmung von Chlor in Geweben.

Abstract
A sample of tissue containing about 0.001 mg. of Cl is ashed with NaNO3 and Na2HPO4 in a 250 cmm. glass vessel. The ash is dissolved in dilute HNO3 and the Cl titrated electrometrically. The elec- trodes are 2 silver wires, one in the titration vessel, and the other in the micro burette, which contains, besides AgNO3, salts of approximately the same composition as the salts of the sample. The accuracy is [plus or minus] 2%.
