Abstract
A simple method for the determination of N-acetylglucosamine -1-phosphate and free N-acetylglucosamine in milk is given. The amounts of these compounds in raw milk were 16.5 and 11.2 mg/100 ml of milk, respectively.This publication has 2 references indexed in Scilit:
