Abstract
The use of a supernatant separated during high-speed centrifugation from liver cell homogenates has been shown to inhibit the degradative action of spleen endonuclease on the polyribosomes of spleen cells. This technique will be very useful in biochemical-morphological correlations of normal and antigen-stimulated lymphoid cells. This publication has 5 references indexed in Scilit:
