Abstract
We analyze a recently introduced mean-field model of a membrane with quenched random curvature. We find the replica-symmetry-breaking solution and the equivalent Almeida-Thouless line. This line separates a flat phase from a new mixed (glassy-flat) phase with broken ergodicity. This new phase may correspond to the observed wrinkled phase of partially polymerized membranes. Keywords
