Abstract
This article describes the characteristic imaging findings and correlates them with the pathology in the nonfatty regions of benign atypical lipomatous tumors, which have different findings compared with typical lipomas and well-differentiated liposarcomas. For differentiating these tumors from typical lipomas and well-differentiated liposarcomas, it may be helpful to analyze nonfatty regions in benign atypical lipomatous tumors. Keywords
