NEXT-TO-LEADING LOGARITHM QCD CORRECTIONS FOR $q\bar q \to ZZ$, W+W−, W±Z SUBPROCESSES

Abstract
We show that O(αs) QCD corrections for the , W+W, and W±Z subprocess cross sections are approximately given by a factor times the lowest order cross sections, as previously found for the Drell-Yan subprocess. The calculations are made in the limit of soft virtual or real gluons. The result is confirmed for the high energy limit of by analogy with exact calculations of and Zγ cross sections.
