Spectra of Strong Langmuir Turbulence

Strong Langmuir turbulence is described in terms of a random set of blobs of selftrapped plasma waves. The interaction of these blobs leads to the generation of power spectra $〈{\left|E_k\right|}^2〉\propto k^{-2\mathrm{}}$ that agree with the results of one-dimensional computer simulation.
