Abstract
A method has been given for isolating nuclei from red algae. The results are given for the isolation, purification, and analysis of Griffi-thsia globulifera DNA with several methods. The G-C content is [image] 42%. A new DNase is also reported. This publication has 5 references indexed in Scilit:
