Abstract
Results of experiments with poly ACG, which have resulted in the assignment of 1A1C1G triplets to the amino acids alanine, aspartic acid and serine, are given. Poly C was found to stimulate the incorporation of proline into acid-insoluble products by the E. coli system, presumably giving the formation of polyproline. Keywords
