Abstract
The approach to solving the problem of dust erosion has been to study the mechanics of erosion (i.e., the actual physical events occurring at the erosion surface) as a logical means of identifying the properties of the blade (target) material and the dust suspension that control the erosion processes. This erosion mechanism study is outlined and discussed in the report.Keywords
