Etude structurale des chlorure et sulfate de béryllium hydratés par spectrométrie infrarouge et Raman

Abstract
The authors have investigated the nature of the compound which is formed by direct hydration of beryllium chloride. The compound is analysed by chemical means, by infrared and Raman spectroscopy, and by comparison with the spectra of tetrahydrated sulphate. The results are consistent with the formula [Be(OH)(H2O)2+Cl]n.A cyclic trimeric compound is assumed and a simplified coordinate analysis is performed in order to support these assignments.
