Abstract
All five levels of the ground configuration 4p4 and all the ten 5s, along with eighteen 4d, eight 5d, seven 6s and two 7s levels, built on the 4p3 core have been determined. The analysis is based on 99 classified lines. The ionization potential 4p4 3P2-4p3 4S3/2 is found to be 719950+or-2000 cm-1.Keywords
