Abstract
We report some preliminary experimental results on Newtonian viscosity η and reptation time TR in semidilute polystyrene-benzene solutions. We have obtained the following results : η ∼ M 3 ∓ 0.5 c4.5 ∓ 0.1 and TR ∼ c2. 8 ∓ 0.4. The concentration exponent values are not in agreement with de Gennes' theoryKeywords
