Abstract
The Block periodicity in the space of Maxwell displacement charge, which follows from a quantum electrodynamic viewpoint towards Josephson weak links, is considered here for the case of two-dimensional granular superconductors. A phase transition from a free charge state to a bound dipole state is discussed. Keywords
