Abstract
Strepto-mcyin-producing strains of Streptomyces griseus were selected by testing with streptomycin-dependent bacteria. Strepto-mycin-dependent bacteria were streaked towards 48-hr. colonies of S. griseus on agar. These bacteria would grow in the areas near S. griseus colonies when streptomycin was produced. ConFrol tests included streptomycin-sensitive and resistant bacteria. Keywords
