Abstract
Presentation of CaseA 60-year-old man was admitted to the hospital because of hoarseness.He was well until 10 weeks earlier, when he began to notice increasing hoarseness. He came to the clinic, where examination showed an abnormal appearance of the right true vocal cord. He was admitted to the hospital.The patient was of Portuguese origin. He was a landscape maintenance worker. An operation was performed 16 years before admission for a peptic ulcer.
