Abstract
If more than one doublet of composite Higgs bosons is formed with quarks and antiquarks alone in the Nambu-Jona-Lasinio model, their couplings to quarks are subject to interesting constraints. The Higgs doublets orthogonal to the linear combination responsible for mass generation almost decouple with the right-handed quark, but couple with one or more of the right-handed , , , , and quarks with Yukawa coupling constants of order 1. If there are only two light doublets, the doublet orthogonal to the mass-generating combination is likely to couple with the right-handed quark with a Yukawa coupling constant .
