Abstract
Primary and secondary rays in from resonant neutron capture in have been measured with the fast chopper facility, the neutron monochromator, and 2- and 24-keV neutron beam filters. A level scheme was constructed including 27 levels with spin and parity assignments. Rotational band members of the Nilsson configurations [631↓], [622↑], [624↓], [631↑], [633↓], and [501↓] and of the vibrational bands {[622↑] - } and {[631↓] + } were identified. There are more levels below 800 keV, in particular, bands, than expected from comparison with and . The neutron binding energy in was determined to be 5125.9±0.5 keV.
