Abstract
The Transplantation Society has for many years taken a stand against the use of organs from executed prisoners in the People's Republic of China. Recently, increasing contact between Chinese transplant programs and the international transplant community has created a need for more specific guidelines. This article presents The Transplantation Society's policy on interactions with China and also summarizes some recent positive developments. Keywords
