Abstract
Isoniazid inhibited C24 and C26 monounsaturated fatty acid synthesis in Mycobacterium tuberculosis H37Ra. Time courses of this inhibition and that of mycolic acid synthesis were similar.This publication has 10 references indexed in Scilit:
