FOOT VOLUMETRY AS AN OBJECTIVE TEST OF THE EFFECT OF ANTIPHLOGISTIC DRUGS IN ANKLE SPRAINS

Abstract
Using a volumetric method, an evaluation has been made of the effect of antiphlogistic drugs on the swelling of feet caused by ankle sprains. The method used proved to be most reliable and can be recommended for studies concerned with measurement of volume differences. The effect of the drugs was not better than placebo.
