Abstract
We report a case of intracavernous carotid artery aneurysm presenting an unusual clinical course and suggest possible pathogenetic mechanisms to explain the clinical picture. We discuss the differential diagnosis from other disorders producing unilateral ophthalmoplegia.Keywords
