Abstract
Although monoclonal antibodies offer great promise for treating patients with malignant disease, much research is needed in the future. The potential uses include antibody directed diagnosis and therapy in GI carcinomas. Through innovative strategies directed toward the application of chemistry of these biological agents, developments in the understanding of the mechanisms of oncogenesis and molecular biology, more sophisticated clinical applications of antibody directed therapies will change the scope of cancer therapy in the future. This publication has 0 references indexed in Scilit:
