Abstract
Polycarbonate has three secondary dielectric losses in the temperature range between –200°C and the glass transition. The effects of crystallinity and orientation on these secondary losses are considered, and related to the structural entities involved in these motions. In addition, a stress relaxation peak was found in oriented polycarbonate.Keywords
