Abstract
Apparatus is described which can provide a certain amount of heat for the central rewarming of a hypothermic patient. This equipment is portable and cheap and can be used by non-medical people. Examples are given of the quantities of heat involved which can amount to 30 per cent of the heat production of a hypothermic patient. Keywords
