Abstract
Bronchiectatic lung cysts are larger on inspiration than on expiration. Bullae do not change in size during the different phases of respiration. By adding expiratory CT scans when cystic lung lesions are found, it is possible to distinguish bronchiectatic cysts from bullae. Keywords
