Abstract
Water soluble chelating agents (11) were tested as antidotes for acute beryllium sulfate intoxication in mice. The most effective of these was sodium 4,5-dihydroxy-1,3-benzenedisulfonate (Tiron). At the level of Be administration used, aurin tricarboxylic acid in not an antidote. This publication has 3 references indexed in Scilit:
