A method for the estimation of “true” sugar in 0·05 ml. of blood

Abstract
A colorimetric modification (applicable to 0.05 ml. of blood) of a previously described titrimetric Cu method for the detn. of blood sugar is described. The method is believed to give true glucose values. Estimations on normal and diabetic blood by the new method, and also by the previously described method, give results which are in agreement.
