Abstract
A enhancement at a mass of 1030±10 MeV with a width of MeV is observed in interactions. An -wave resonance interpretation of this enhancement is favored over an -wave scattering length effect. Within experimental uncertainties, we associate this enhancement with the observed in interactions.
