Abstract
The Department of Health for England and Wales (DH) has indicated a commitment to consulting and listening topatients. Their aim is to increase involvement of patients and public in all areas of health care: how the individual patient is treated, how local services are delivered; and how decisions for overall planning are made.Keywords
