Abstract
Leucinostatin, a peptide antibiotic, was separated by silica gel and alumina column chromatography into 2 related components designated as leucinostatin A hydrochloride (C61H111N11O13.cntdot.HCl) and leucinostatin B hydrochloride (C61H109N11O13.cntdot.HCl). Physicochemical and biological properties [antifungal, antibacterial] of the 2 separated components were analyzed. These properties suggested similar chemical structures. This publication has 0 references indexed in Scilit:
