Angular Momentum Dependence of Off-Shell Amplitudes

Abstract
The decrease of off-shell partial-wave amplitudes with increasing orbital angular momentum is investigated. A simple bound which is independent of the parametric energy is found which shows the same behavior as the on-shell amplitudes corresponding to the external momenta.
