Subcutaneous Rupture of the Breast: A Seat-Belt Injury

Abstract

Subcutaneous rupture of the breast caused by a car seat belt is reported. The patient was 7 months pregnant, and there was difficulty in suppressing lactation; the management of this problem is discussed.
