Abstract
The arrangement of sensilla on the mouthparts of Entomoscelis americana is described, and the results of neurophysiological tests carried out on one of the sensilla on the galea are presented. Single nutrients, glucosinolates and plant secondary compounds with potential deterrent effects were tested by the tip‐recording technique, and a comparison of the results made with Leptinotarsa decemlineata.RÉSUMÉ: CERTAINS ASPECTS DE LA GUSTATION LIÉS À L'ALIMENTATION ET AU CHOIX DE LA PLANTE‐HÔTE CHEZ LES LARVES DE ENTOMOSCELIS AMERICANAOn a décrit la disposition des sensilles sur les pièces buccales des larves de Entomoscelis americana. This publication has 13 references indexed in Scilit:
