Abstract
Two compounds, analogs of cephalexin with 2- and 4-pyridone groups at C-3, were prepared. Biological evaluation found the compounds to exhibit activity against gram-positive and gram-negative organisms in vitro and in vivo [mouse]. The compounds were only active in vivo on s.c. administration. This publication has 0 references indexed in Scilit:
