Abstract
A micro-aspirator was designed for handling and examining eggs and young larvae of the lesser grain borer (Rhyzopertha dominica). This aspirator is cheap and easily constructed of a drawn-out glass tube with a 0.13 mm opening, connected by a hose to the inlet opening of a two-inch aspirator bulb, with 2 valves working in the same direction. The most delicate insect can be handled without damage. It also enables debris to be cleared from eggs or larvae. This publication has 0 references indexed in Scilit:
