Effective stabilisation of α-helical structures in short peptides with acetylenic cross-linking agents

Abstract
The peptides cross-linked by the acetylenic cross-linking agents showed high α-helical contents, and the α-helices thus formed survived up to substantially elevated temperature.Keywords
