Abstract
Efforts to craft an international ban on human cloning stalled last week in the United Nations when 37 countries, including the United States and Spain, refused to support a proposal they said was too narrow. The United States and its allies said they would support only a measure that banned all forms of human cloning, including so-called research cloning. Keywords
