Abstract
Immunoglobulin [Ig] levels were compared in smoking and non-smoking grain handlers and teachers. Mean IgG and IgM levels were significantly lower, and IgE levels were significantly higher, in the smokers than in the non-smokers. IgA levels were also lower but with the numbers studied not significantly so. IgD levels were unchanged. This publication has 1 reference indexed in Scilit:
