Dielectronic recombination forMo32+,31+,30+ withL-shell excitation

Abstract
Dielectronic recombination cross sections for Mo32+,31+,30+ with 10, 11, and 12 electrons initially and involving 2s and 2p electron excitations are estimated. The first observations by Tanis and co-workers of the L-shell excitation in the resonant transfer excitation of Nb31++H2 were reported recently, and we analyze the data using the Mo32+ result and further predict the cross sections for Nb30+ and Nb31+.
