Abstract
A surgical technique is described for the treatment of unilateral coronal synostosis, which was carried out successfully in 16 children. Frontal craniotomy, removal of the lesser wing of the sphenoid, orbital unroofing and removal of the entire orbital rim are recommended as essential elements of cranioorbital reconstruction in the treatment of plagiocephaly. This publication has 6 references indexed in Scilit:
