Abstract
An experiment is proposed to measure the integral flux of 1014 eV iron primaries at balloon altitude. This simple experiment measures the Cerenkov light produced by the primaries in the atmosphere above the balloon. It has a large effective geometric factor but could easily be carried as a 'piggy-back' on a larger balloon experiment. Keywords
