Abstract
The variation of mixing angles and masses with in the standard six-quark model is given in terms of a set of coupled differential equations. It is shown that to lowest order, these equations do not depend on the SU(2) gauge coupling, and, in the case of the mixing angles, not even on the U(1) gauge coupling. Experimental implications are briefly discussed.
