Abstract
Empirically motivated modifications of the Stokes–Einstein formula, in which the diffusion coefficient is inversely proportional to a fractional power of the viscosity, are discussed. We suggest that the results should be analyzed in terms of an effective hydrodynamic radius.Keywords
