Abstract
A mixture of influenza virus and excess homologous antibody injd. into the chicken embryo was reactivated by the subsequent injn. of homologous concentrated inactive virus. The time elapsing between the injn. of the neutralized virus and the introduction of inactive virus which could bring about reactivation was detd. Virus neutralized in excess of what was required to prevent hemagglutinin production was fixed to the cells of the chorio-allantoic membrane. The influence of time and the degree of neutralization on such fixation were studied. Keywords
