Abstract
A boy with severe developmental delay, bilateral, symmetrical hallucal duplication, and accessory alveolar frenula was found to have radiological evidence of a large arachnoid cyst compressing the cerebellum and brain stem. We review neurological abnormalities in Mohr's syndrome.Keywords
